Print Specifications

For most print work, M&M Associates accepts high resolution “press ready” CMYK PDFs. We can also accept original artwork files from QuarkXPress (versions 4 to 6) and Adobe InDesign.

If you are unsure about which settings to use, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Important! M&M Associates cannot be held responsible for the quality of artwork provided for printing. We will evaluate and advise you on any quality issues before we commit to print.

Large format specifications

For large format printing, we accept high-resolution RGB or CMYK JPEGs, TIFFs, PSDs, EPSs or PDFs.

Please provide final artwork at half the finished size. For example, for a 36in poster, work at an artwork size of 18in.

Please note, we are not able to take files from the Microsoft Office suite of programs, nor can we take files from CorelDraw or Serif PagePlus. However, we can accept PDFs or other standard formats generated by these programs.

Getting your artwork to us

Artwork files can be sent to us on CD, DVD or Zip disk.

Alternatively, you can email your artwork, or upload to our secure server. In the case of the latter, you will be usually be given the access details when your job has been accepted for printing by us.

Getting the finished job to you

We deliver finished jobs free to south-east London and north Kent. If you are outside that area, we will arrange for courier delivery. We will inform you of delivery costs at the time we quote for the work.
